Taste of the Town 2016

Mount Moriah Charitable Foundation is proud to support the Foundation for Baltimore County Public Library. The Foundation benefits early childhood literacy efforts like the Read Rover bookmobiles, Summer Reading Club, STEM and maker programs and both Storyville early learning centers, as well as many other vital programs in Baltimore County.

I was honored to represent Mount Moriah Charitable Foundation as a Corporate Sponsor of their premiere annual event, Taste of the Town, hosted by Gregory and Nicole Priebe. Greg and Nicole are authors of A History of Drinking, a cocktail blog that pairs random and often obscure historical events with appropriate cocktails. Their latest book, Forgotten Maryland Cocktails: A History of Drinking in the Free State, can be found on Amazon.

Attended by local dignitaries and benefactors, such as Councilman David Marks, Taste of the Town featured a sampling of food and drink from local restaurants, caterers, wineries and breweries, and featured live music and a silent auction on an exciting and eclectic assortment of items.
